it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My 3rd-grade students are eager learners with a passion for exploring new ideas, especially when it comes to reading. However, our classroom currently lacks enough headphones for everyone to fully benefit from individualized learning opportunities. I’m requesting a set of quality headphones to help my students engage more deeply with our reading programs, educational apps, and listening comprehension exercises. With headphones, each student can focus without distractions, access reading materials at their own level, and develop stronger reading and comprehension skills.
My goal for this project is to enhance my students' reading skills by providing a more personalized and immersive learning experience.
By allowing them to listen to stories, follow along with text, and work on interactive reading exercises, these headphones will be a key tool in helping each student grow as a confident, capable reader.
What makes my students truly special is their diversity and resilience. Many of my students come from backgrounds where they may face extra challenges, yet they show up every day excited to learn and grow. This project will give them the tools they need to build essential skills, stay engaged, and feel supported in their learning journey.
