My Project
During our class reading time, inevitably students get up to pick out a new book, ask a question, sharpen their pencils, etc. The issue is that their chairs and desks have metal legs that scrape against the tiled floor and make a cringy sound that breaks the silence -and concentration of many students.
I'm looking for an easy solution.
And tennis balls are the answer! I plan to simply put these on the legs of each desk and chair in the room. And finally, turn out reading time into... quiet reading time. :-)
