Dear Donors,
I am particularly in need of this text as financial times are harder, and my classroom needs the text The Story of Ruby Bridges by Robert Coles.
This is a Title I school that requires this book within our curriculum. We will use it to notice, wonder, and respond to the text by making connections and learning more about history. My students' writing skills will focus on the idea that first-person narratives contain specific criteria that they will follow by writing a narrative account in the first person themselves. I can't wait to share the results! Thank you for your consideration.
