it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our upcoming school year brings exciting new units developed in collaboration with our Social Science Department—and high-quality literature is at the heart of this work. To support these lessons, we’re seeking updated copies of key texts that align with our curriculum and deepen students’ understanding of the historical and social issues we’ll be exploring together.
While we currently have some of these books, many are worn, frayed, and no longer suitable for regular classroom use.
Your support will help us replace these aging copies with new ones that are durable and accessible for all students. These books will not only enhance our instruction but also ensure every student has a quality reading experience as we dive into these important topics.
