This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have the greatest group of students! They are so eager to learn and absolutely love reading. I was so lucky to receive new books through a previous project and now we need more space for them! What an awesome problem to have, right? The new book shelves and bins will help create an organized library where students can find books that they love. My students have also been begging for more titles from their favorite series. A lot of my students do not have access to books at home and count on our classroom library. My school is currently under construction and our very small school library no longer exists (for the moment). We have double the need for an awesome library right in our classroom. Help us renovate reading!
