My Project
Reading and phonics skills are the foundation and the biggest concept in the first grade classroom. I want to make these skills fun and interactive for first grade. I want my student to be able to read to a puppy! I would love to make learning fun.
When students have a buddy to read to it makes it even more fun!
The stuffed animal puppies will be used for students to adopt. Students will get to name their puppy. They make a promise to follow the following rules at their puppy adoption day. 1. I promise to love my puppy. 2. I promise to take care of my puppy. 3. I promise to read to my puppy everyday!
