This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project will allow me to expand my classroom library so that my students have the opportunity to pick books from a variety of genres and authors. This project of expanding my classroom library will enhance my ELA classroom in terms of instructional time, but also will allow my students to love to read that will last them a lifetime.
By expanding my classroom library, students will be able to expand their love of reading and learn reading skills at the the same time. I will be able to expand their knowledge on theme, characterization, point of view from reading books that extend their creativity and imagination.
