My Project

We love to gather on the carpet for story time and being able to be hands on with learning. My favorite part of having a rug in the classroom is to build a classroom family. Students need a place in the classroom that is comfortable and safe. We spend lots of time learning, sharing, and exploring kindergarten. A classroom rug is an essential part of my classroom.

A rug makes a classroom feel like "home."

The new rug will further assist our class with differentiation and grouping. It will enable the students to complete interactive assignments, collaborate, read and play learning games. The new soft, comfortable rug will allow the students to spread out comfortably and work in groups. This rug will be an awesome addition to our classroom!
