Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The books will be added to our classroom library. The students are very interested to learn about their heritage. I know that these book will help them find who they are and how similar character face the challenges they face in this modern world. The students will practice reading in the classroom library making it a little bit more comfortable and reading in a new cozy place with comfy pillows. It’s about getting the students motivated. I feel that this new reading nook is the perfect place to have them love literature enjoying characters they can relate to.
