My Project
I work at a Title I school and teach Special Education. My classroom is full of all different types of learners. They range from struggling to read and difficulty finding that one book they enjoy that will push them to continue through the challenges.
I want to provide a reading nook that inspires them to find a book that will inspire them to push through the challenges.
As a child I remember curling up with a good book in a cozy spot in my elementary classroom. I want to provide my students that same type of area that will make them wish for that independent reading time. Help me give my students an inviting reading nook with bright pillows and a new rotating bookshelf. I included a few new books that will hopefully inspire new genres and open windows to other parts of their imagination.
