Help me give my students choices in their reading selections by giving them choices that highlight inclusion!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Castine's classroom raised $284
This project is fully funded
My Project
Help our students discover diverse choices in our library where they can find themselves represented in both stories and authors. This book selection represents BIPOC authors of elementary and middle school literature.
Increasing our students exposure to stories that reflect their world, while giving others an entry to new understanding, will cultivate stronger communities at school and home.
Please consider adding these books to our library collection.
Our students' families come from all over the world; having that global aspect reflected in our library would be a powerful addition to our school.
More than half of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
