I teach first grade at a school where 75% of the students are on free or reduced lunch.
My first graders are excited about learning to read! One way to help improve their reading skills is by hearing the story and following along. This is where I need your help. We need a better listening station! We do not have CD/cassette player that works!
We are asking for support in purchasing 1 CD/cassette boom box. 1 jackbox so more than one student can listen at a time, and finally a headphone holder so we will not get our headphones all tangled up.
Please help make it possible for my students to advanced their literacy skills by making a donation towards our listening station. Your donation will be greatly appreciated!
