This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The materials I’m requesting in this project will enhance my classroom library experience. I will be able to offer my students a variety of age-appropriate books to read during choice time, read during read aloud activities, individually or during large group activities. It will help me teach my students to easily explain, and deliver concepts, and to help expand their oral language skills. In addition, my students will have a better selection of books to expand my classroom's lending library. New books in our classroom library will encourage my students to become avid readers and nurture their love of books.
