Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Reading is the gateway to the future, and for that reason, my students deserve a space that is comfortable and flexible while learning! I will have 25 curious and energetic eight and nine-year-olds in my class this coming year. They all come from diverse backgrounds, speak many languages, and have individual needs. It is amazing to see what each friend brings to our community!

My students love to read independently; read with classmates, and they enjoy having collaborative conversations with one another.

The chairs and bouncy balls will be used to provide comfortable and flexible spaces to read and learn together. Your donations will give us the perfect space to foster different learning styles for all my students.
