This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love seeing my students, sitting in a comfortable space in the classroom, with their basket of books traveling to an imaginary world described in the books that they are reading. My heart flutter at the sight of students captivated by stories told in those books.
Having grade-level and high-interest Spanish books is imperative to help develop students' love for reading and to improve their reading skills and comprehension.
Students will enjoy reading these high quality books. From the beginner reader, to the chapter book reader, all students will be engaged with the books in my list.
