My Project
This proposal aims to:
Ensure equitable access to textbooks and educational materials for students with special needs.
Provide resources in various formats, such as digital, audiobooks, Braille, and large print.
Collaborate with the community to gather resources and reduce costs.
Foster an inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed academically.
To create an inclusive environment, a classroom library will be established with a wide range of accessible books for students. This collection will include physical and digital copies in various formats (large print, Braille, and audio). Additionally, a textbook lending program will allow students to borrow books for home use, ensuring continuity in learning outside of the classroom.
Action Steps:
Build and maintain a classroom library with accessible materials.
Set up a system for lending books to students on a long-term basis.
Ensure that books are returned in good condition for continued use.
