My Students
Help bring books into our little hands! We need to read books that interest us.
My students are low income students.
My students walk into my room not knowing how to hold a pencil, tie their shoes, or wash their hands. A lot of times my class is their first experience with books. My students need to be able to read more non-fiction books on their level.
My Project
My students will be able to use these books to enhance their learning experiences. Students can use these books to make comparisons and draw conclusions that they may not have had the opportunity to unless they did have non-fiction books to read. Students will find that books are fun and learning is fun.
If you are able to donate to us, my students will be able to finally make connections from the books they are reading to their own lives or to things we are studying.
