This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are embarking on our journey into Pre-K! Some of our students are entering a school setting for the first time. It's so exciting, and we want to make learning fun.

One of our big pushes for this year is we want to foster good listening and comprehension skills, so the audiobook sets are a great way to get our little ones invested in books and help develop a love of reading.

The reading center will have a plethora of materials, and we can have small group reading sessions with limited interruptions because of our headphones! Our common goal is to foster positive relationships with students & books and use open-ended questions to solidify our students' understanding of the world around them.

Your donations to this project will help us build our Library and make it a place that our students will enjoy!

We want to say thank you for allowing us to create a great learning space that fosters the whole child. Reading readiness skills are one of the key factors to becoming great readers in the future!
