Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project funds literacy center materials. File folder games allow students to practice phonics, vocabulary, comprehension, and grammar skills in a fun collaborative way. The students I work with are working toward becoming bilingual and biliterate.

Learning through games is shown to support students from all backgrounds to reinforce skills that are developing and progressing.

Every Wednesday our students have small groups and centers rotations these materials allow students to have ample materials to support them in acquiring the phonics, vocabulary, comprehension, and grammar skills we are working on.
