it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our kindergarten classroom, reading isn’t just a skill; it’s a doorway to wonder, connection, and confidence. Whether it’s a silly story, a heartfelt tale, or a book that helps us learn about someone different from ourselves, books help us grow, inside and out.
I’m creating a classroom library that reflects diverse voices, rich stories, and big feelings, a place where each of my students can find books that make them feel seen, celebrated, and excited to read.
