Help me give my students the love of reading by providing class sets of Holes and Wonder. These books are engaging and provide real world topics for good class discussion and writing prompts.
My class of 5th graders is a diverse group of learners with different backgrounds, including diverse socioeconomic levels and varying learning abilities. All of my students are eager to learn and are enthusiastic about reading engaging books.
Although there are many differences among my students, there is a high expectation for learning and growth.
I hope to use these captivating books to instill a love of reading, provide engaging discussions, and help my students make real-world connects between themselves and the characters they read about. These books will enrich the learning experience in my classroom.
