My Students

"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." -Nelson Mandela

The students in my classroom are a blend of diverse learners and general education students.

The students within the classroom come from low income families with a high mobility rate.

These students are planting their first steps on their educational journey within my classroom. I plan to foster and support a love and desire to learn for each and every one of my students!

My Project

These materials will provide students the ability to work on critical literacy foundational skills in a way to support to individualized needs.

Each of the students I work with require academic support tailored to their individual needs.

By providing materials that can be used by each student it provide opportunities for individuality and ability to express their own interests.

The books I have strategically selected focus on a character who interacts with the world in a unique way similar to the students I work with.

My goal this school year is for the students I work with to meet academic success and find a passion and love for reading!
