This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach a wonderful group of fourth graders who are curious, funny, and love to learn. Every year I introduce my students to books by Judy Blume and my students absolutely love them! The books I currently have are starting to show the wear and tear of novels that many, many students have read.

We desperately need more books!

This project will add new class sets of the favorite Judy Blume series for my students to read and enjoy. I always start the year with "Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing" which my students relate to right away and have them begging to read the rest of the books in the series. Thank you for any support you can give to this project.
