Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach at a small country school. Our students are mostly made up of the farm, dairy, and crop owners' and workers' children. A big part of them come from other states or countries to work in the vibrant agricultural area.

While small schools do not receive as much funding as larger schools, the students shouldn't be short-changed.

My kids are hardworking students who deserve a quality education!

My Project

Thank you for helping me give my students some fun creative centers with the $100 gift card I will purchase a sound wall to help my kids learn to read in a different way.

The dance party button will be used for brain breaks and as a reward for working hard.

During our reading time the laminated dry erase circles will be a fun way to practice spelling our sight words and or a way for me to model the correct letter formation.

The door bell will be used as a reminder to quiet down. This will help me to keep the class quiet without having to stop teaching to quiet them down.
