Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach a class that loves books! As they have started to realize that they can read they are becoming excited at being able to read the print around them.
These decodable books will help with reading practice in our small group instruction, they are age appropriate.
The students will also be able to borrow the books to practice at home and keep them in their book bags in class.
The books are decodable and will allow for the students to have an easier time applying their reading strategies to enjoy reading.
