We are located in the beautiful Mt. Airy section of Philadelphia, PA. Our school is culturally, economically, and racially diverse. At our school, we practice the 5 principles for conduct: be respectful, responsible, peaceful, and careful, a problem-solver and learner. Through these 5 rules, we learn to be better citizens within our community.
We are gender-neutral and culturally accepting of all races and backgrounds.
In my music classroom, as well, we encourage diversity and cultural sensitivity. Our music classroom is a safe space for all!
My Project
We are back in school AND back in the studio!!! Our brand new vocal/dance studio is doing great so far, but needs a little more pizazz! Our story corner library, that was started during the pandemic, is a HUGE success. We now have a physical library - imagine, you don't have to read a book on the screen!
Our music library truly blends literacy and the arts by providing beautiful, interesting books and illustrations about some of the worlds most famous musicians, actors and dancers.
With your help, our library will literally DOUBLE in size! Thank you in advance for donating to my students, we would love to have some awesome new books for our new classroom!
