My Project
I teach 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade reading in a rural district in the mountains. My students have begun to love reading. I want to foster that love by inviting them to utilize our classroom library.
Right now, we have a small amount of books to choose from and most of those books are not at the reading level my students are at. So, I would like to offer more variety of books.
When these books in my project are fulfilled, I plan to have students do a small book club so that they may discuss likes and dislikes of the book that they have read.
