This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My early readers are excited to read all kindergarten materials with fluency! They will use Secret Stories additional reading tool to help them easily remember and refer to sounds of consonants, vowels, digraphs, and dipthongs.
The secret story spelling cards will help my students make visual connections fluently during reading and writing.
As they learn the stories they will continuously strengthen their skills. It will provide confidence and constistency as they practice daily. As language learners, they will benefit from the story cards, pictures and songs. They will also improve listening and speaking skills.
