My Project

I would like to create a space in the classroom where 4th graders can read independently or with a partner during centers and/or independent reading time.

I have seen students love of reading improve when they have a designated quiet area that they can concentrate in.

I have a variety of books that students can choose from and would love for them to have a comfortable and inviting place to sit and enjoy a book of their choice. A nice colorful carpet and beanbag chair/chairs would help a wonderful learning environment.
