This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom reading corner is a very popular space for our students, and it is due for an upgrade. The dark-themed rugs and cushions will be a very much welcomed addition to our class.
With these new materials, students will be able to stretch their legs out on the rugs and sit comfortably on cushions while completing their school work.
It is important that students have the freedom to move around the classroom and not be confined to their desks to complete work. This space will create another area for students to complete their work.
