This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I want my students to be as prepared as they can be for 4th Grade next year.
After working with my awesome group of students this year, it has become extremely evident that I have some readers that are well below a 3rd Grade Reading level and are really struggling; they need stories that that are on their level that they can read and comprehend as well as addition phonics practice.
These leveled stories and phonics workbooks would be extremely helpful in bridging the gap that my students are struggling with right now.
