This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Kids love to play games! I teach 25 third graders in the South Bronx. The school is in a high-need, low income community.
Most of my students come from shelters or single parent homes. They love to play games but unfortunately most don't have games due to financial need.
Your donation will help my students to learn and reinforce reading skills, presented in a format that all children love. Games should be available to children of all economic levels. Your donation will ensure that.
You will make it possible for my students to have the opportunity to learn and reinforce skills and strategies while having fun.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
