My Project

It's important to have an inviting area for students to read and explore the library. It is my goal to use these items to help create a more inviting reading area within the middle school library for students in grades 6-8, to read books in the library setting. Middle school students are special. They enjoy visiting the library and checking out books.

It is my desire, to have areas within the library that appeal to them socially and comfortably.

These students are of the age when they are exploring and figuring out who and what they want to be and do. Providing spaces for them that are different from the normal table/chair/desk will help them feel more relaxed and comfortable in this process. Please help us obtain flexible seating, arm chairs and sofas, for our library space.
