My Students

My students are active, engaged fourth and fifth graders. We have just come back to school in a hybrid model, after having had online school for over a year.

It was a struggle to get some students to read books online, but not in class!

Some of the kiddos have already read three books since we've been back, so we are running out of books. They have an appetite for series books, no matter their reading level. We are working to build up our collection of series books to help kiddos strengthen their reading skills.

My Project

High Interest Series Books for All Students!

Please help me add these books to our collection!

I have selected two copies of each book in several high interest series. The books are at a variety of reading levels to meet the needs of all students. Some of the books are old favorites and some are sure to be new favorites. The books are about a diverse group of characters, so that each student can see themselves in a story. It is so important that the kiddos relate to characters they read about.
