Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Literacy is the key to so many positive outcomes for children, and in order for children to truly develop early literacy skills they must be reading books every single day both in school and at home.
My goal is to be able to send my students books, both leveled as well as from our classroom library, to take home and read each week.
This is an equitable solution for families who may not have access to books or leveled texts for their children. Please support our reading-at-home project.
