This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are happy go lucky kids, who want to learn during this unforeseen time. They are awake early in the morning and are excited to continue their distance learning.
The majority of my students are low income.
Most of my students read below grade level. They would benefit from a variety of classroom resources to help increase their success in our newly established distance learning platform.
My Project
Please give my students these reading and writing resources they need to be successful at home. Usually during this time, we would be celebrating the students hard work throughout the year. Since times have changed, I want to continue my students' learning from the classroom to their home through our distance learning online tools.
Reading and writing is fundamental and my students need books and writing resources so they do not lose any academic success achieved throughout the year.
I know my students will benefit with writing resources and read alouds.
