This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students enjoy school immensely. Sometimes they get so excited about learning it seems they will just burst. It is infectious. My scholars are from a high-poverty region and are predominantly bilingual or English Language Learners.

These multicultural and diversity celebration resources will allow my students to interact with each other and learn to play cooperatively as they learn about the world around them.

These will help my students develop important social skills and learn to appreciate their differences.

We will read books, cooperatively build diverse family structures, and do art projects celebrating diversity.
