My Project
Thr misconception is that children need to be seated quietly in school. But research shows that movement can support reading and brain development. With the items listed the children will engage in understanding complex language with their peers. With books they will observe, discuss, write, abs draw about what they've read. Reading build vocabulary, their imagination, creativity, develops empathy, and a greater understanding of the world around them.
As it relates to moving their bodies and staying active I am requesting scooter boards.
Children who move in various ways fault maintains body awareness and stabilization, gross and fine motor strength, eye hand coordination, balance, and perfect simple tasks as climbing stairs.
