My Project

Each year, each class is different and it is definitely a different adventure every year! This is what I love most about first grade and teaching in general. That being noted their basic goals in first grade are typically the same but need to be individualized to meet each students needs. I need to help the students get to their fullest potential with beginning reading and and math skills. Using manipulatives and hands on materials are an important part to every child’s learning. These materials will give my current and future students individual opportunities to gain a solid background in reading and math skills.
