I have the most amazing and wonderful Kindergartners. My students come from very low income families. Many of my students live in government housing and the only meals they have are the free breakfast and lunch they receive at school. Many of my students come to school in dirty clothes, clothes that don't fit, or what they wore the day before.
My students come to school everyday excited to learn reading and math.
My students would like Hot Dots to use for Reading and Math Centers and as early finishers.
My Project
My students will use the Hot Dots during Reading and Math Centers as well as for early finishers. When my students finish their work right now they can look at books, practice writing their letters, numbers, or name, or practice tying their shoes. Next year they will also be able to do a stem bin. The Hot Dots will give them another educational activity to do.
I am asking for interactive storybooks, counting and numbers, patterns and sequencing, colors, shapes, phonics, problem solving, reading readiness, word families, and sets for PreK-1st grade in reading and math to help reach all the ability levels in my class.
