Help me give my students a beautiful classroom to walk into for the first day of 2nd grade. Having awesome readers is my goal, by adding these wonderful books into my classroom library it will happen.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I’m so excited to begin a new journey with my new students. Along with them, this is my first time in second grade (as a teacher.) I’m thrilled to add these series of books and will continue building on to my library with wonderful books for them to read.
The clipboards and timers will be used during small group instruction and throughout the day as the children explore the classroom and learn amazing new things.
Having art materials in the classroom is very helpful with learning centers. We will be working on hands-on projects in all subject areas and can’t wait to open our minds to learn.
