it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I absolutely love how eager my first graders are to learn and how their faces light up when they discover new stories. They are full of curiosity, imagination, and joy, and they are at such an important stage in developing their reading skills. The Piggie and Elephant books are a perfect match for them — they are funny, engaging, and written in a way that supports early readers with simple text and expressive illustrations. These books will help my students build their confidence in reading, improve their comprehension, and encourage a lifelong love of books. With your support, you will help create magical reading moments that my students will remember forever.
