My Project
With Covid on the uprise again things are so unstable for our students. They are unsure of what's happening from day to day. If I can have a stocked library, my students would be able to take whatever books they want home to read. All my kids want to do recently is read. The truth is the more they read the better their vocabulary and comprehension get. That then transfers into all their classes, and we see their grades go up. I am watching this happen daily, and I’d love to provide them with a few more books to help out. It’s important that they stop seeing reading as work but as something that can bring them enjoyment. Now that they are home, they do not have access to books, and I want to help change that by bringing them a book.
