it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have a classroom of curious and amazing fourth graders! They love to work together on projects and they love to work independently. During center time, they have several options to choose from. One of the activities they love the most is independent reading time, which we call "read to self". Believe it or not, they enjoy using our "old school" portable CD players so they can pick a cozy spot in the classroom and listen to their favorite book recording.
We need new CD players!
The few we have are beginning to show their age and sometimes do not work. The portable CD players requested in this project will allow me to upgrade the listening center. My students will be able to enjoy being read to for many years to come!
