My Students

My children are very excited to learn! We start our day with song and movement! Everyone feels special and important. We treat each other with respect and love. We don't refer to ourselves as classmates. We call ourselves a classroom family!

My students love to be challenged.

I set very high expectations for my them. They are very eager to please. Each of my students work hard. They get so excited every time they learn something new! My students love to explore new concepts. As we move forward in our school year, we set goals. Our goals are put in place so each child can feel inspired to do there very best at all times.

My Project

This classroom listening center will provide my students with an opportunity to hear good clear reading. They will get books on CD so they can hear the books being read to them while tracking the print on the pages. They will also have a chance to look at the illustrations and appreciate the details that go along with each picture. This listening center will reinforce reading strategies they learn in our small group reading centers. Children become better readers when they learn to love stories and the messages each book brings to them. Better readers produce successful students! Successful students grow up to be our future leaders. I feel this listening center will help enrich the lives of each of my students.
