This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is full of books that will keep students engaged in reading. We are really looking to cut down on technology and get students reading in the classroom when they have independent time.

Seeing a student with their face in a book and not wanted to let go is a magical moment.

This project will promote the love for reading through the integration of interest-based and age-appropriate text that will engage students during independent and group reading time. When students have text they enjoy, they will read for fun.
