Children's minds are like sponges, and they absorb all the good knowledge that is being shared with them. I love that my students are so eager to learn new things.
I work with SPED children in a small group setting.
I want to make our classroom setting comfortable to help them focus and relax. I work with students from a variety of grades, and they all have different challenges.
Every student does not learn in the same way. I want to provide comfortable furniture in the class for those students who do not do well with sitting at a desk and chair.
My Project
Yes, the books with make a difference in my students' learning. I want to provide a variety of books on different topics that my students will have an interest in. I want them to be able to visit our class library and find a book that they love reading.
I want my students to have a love for reading.
I think by picking books on a variety of topics, I can help each of my students find a connection with one of these books. Reading is fundamental, and the more you read, the better reader you will become. I want to encourage that model within my classroom.
