My Students

My students are very active learners. Our school district has been under and lot of administrative change in the past but currently has a great group of administrators that are working very hard to implement programs and technology throughout the district.

My students need books to help expose them to various genres.

They don't often have books to read at home so having a large classroom library filled with many different texts will keep them interested all year long in reading!

My Project

My students read a lot! I love that they are so interested in all types of books. It sometimes becomes hard to have enough books to make sure they are reading on an appropriate level and are interested in what they are reading too. My students love reading graphic novels and after hearing about these books I think my students will love to read them. Keeping a large library so students have a lot of book choice is something that is very important to me a teacher because I know that some students get bored reading the same books over and over.
