it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In English class it is very important that students learn how to annotate. It is not just enough that they read because sometimes they don't really understand what they are reading. I want to have a high desk in order to project from the middle of the room the readings and teach my students how to annotate.
If we take time teaching them how to annotate, they will become better readers.
Sticky notes, color pens, and highlighters are all materials that they need to make annotating fun. I can't wait to read with them this year.
