Our students work hard, every day. One of our school themes is "We do hard things!" We still work with a large number of students who have significant learning gaps. Some of these gaps are due to COVID-19, while others are due to circumstances beyond the control of an elementary-age child. Our Intervention Team works diligently to find ways to address the individual needs of a wide range of learning challenges.
Over decades, Scholastic News magazines have been proven to engage students in their learning and provide significant support in building comprehension skills.
These magazines will give us another tool in our toolbox of intervention materials to broaden the approach to our program and enrich the education of our students.
